Buying Process

Your path to

Appointment & Holding Deposit

Meet with a consultant, review all legal documentation, and place a $1,000 fully refundable holding deposit in a separate account. You're encouraged to seek independent solicitor advice.

Contracts & Home Selection

Contracts are signed but only become unconditional after your existing home is sold. Select your home design and finishes at this stage.

Unconditional & Construction

Once your sale is unconditional and the settlement date is set, construction of your manufactured home commences and the balance of deposit is requested.

Move In

Your home is delivered and installed. Move in and start enjoying life at St Ann's.

$1,000 fully refundable holding deposit — held in a separate account while you review contracts and seek independent solicitor advice. Contracts become unconditional only after your existing home is sold.
