What you need
to know
United Lifestyle Resorts are required to disclose to prospective residents the lease terms and community rules prior to purchase. Please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the Home Purchase Agreement, Residential Site Agreement, and community rules for more information.
Simple & Upfront
No hidden
costs
- You pay a weekly Site Lease Fee.
- You DO NOT PAY for council rates, water rates, or stamp duty.
- Your choice of Management Fees: Upfront Management Fee on your home's purchase price or Deferred Management Fee on your home's purchase price.
- On the sale of your home, you retain 100% Capital Gains (less a sale commission if applicable).
- The Site Lease Fee and terms are set out in the Residential Site Agreement at the time of purchase.
- Rental assistance towards payment of the Site Lease Fee is available to Seniors who are entitled to benefits from Centrelink or Veteran's Affairs.

Under your agreement with United Lifestyle Resorts, the weekly site lease fee is payable by direct debit each fortnight. The weekly site lease fee is reviewed annually on 1 July and increases with CPI or 4%, whichever is greater.
